awful customer service by students!!!

6 mos waiting and still havent had any work done. My student I was assigned to is supposedly dealing with 60 students (not sure I believe that) but he has no follow through. They charge for you to sit for 4 hours and have barely one thing done. If you need ONE filling it may take 6 visits. I have had four visits and three hours a piece over a six month period and still no fillings done!! Waste of time. They are very thorough and everything of course has to be checked by professor. But that really should be for free. Time is money people. You are also asked to pay for services before they are rendered and normally they arent done that day. I am still waiting six weeks for the follow up call from the student. He ripped into my gum during a cleaning it was terribly swollen. I called him and he said he would call back and NEVER did. A lot of b.s. not worth time or money. Your teeth will rot out before you get anything done!! Not worth it!!!~
