Bad store, avoid if possible.

The staff are very impolite in the store. Out of four employees, three were unhelpful or down right rude. When purchasing an item I asked if I could return it if it didn't fit. They told me that they would not. This is very unusual for a hardware store where you often have to return items. Avoid this store if you can.

I write this to warn future customers of what I experienced! I came here many times before but this time I came to return a can of roof tar and was greeted by the manager, a asian guy. He told me that this item is not returnable because people cheat a little out of the can and return it. Check my can! Moments later he told me they were not obligated to tell me anything about the products and they assume I know what I want. When I told him not to blame me for the error in purchase he went ballistic and started cussing me out to the point of almost getting violent. He was on the verge I could tell! I never raised my voice to the guy and I couldn't believe what was happening. For a manager I would expect a lot more cool to such a common situation. Needless to say I will not be back!

This local hardware store is packed small, but they have just about anything and everything that you need. The staff is also very helpful and knowledgeable.

This store is packed from wall to wall with everything a do-it-yourselfer needs. Paint, locks, even key making, plumbing parts, replacement parts for appliances or fixtures not to mention everyday household cleaners are available here. There are a lot of employees here who are always so busy but still stop to ask you if they can be of any help or service.
