I took my 2006 Mazda 6 to Bryant Auto Body after being pushed around by other Body Shops about using OEM parts. I wanted my vehicle restored to its original condition by using only factory parts after an accident. I came all the way from the east bay after talking with Ian (owner) because he said he would use only OEM parts and he would take care of dealing with the insurance company. It was such a great experience working with Ian because he took care of everything. He was there to greet me in the morning and also took care of calling for a rental car to pick me up. I was also happy to see that he worked on high end vehicles as well. He had a Porsche Turbo he was repairing major damages to as well a brand new Mercedes CLS 65AMG. I just got the car back today and it looked PERFECT!!! He also had detailed my car for me inside and out. I will always go to Bryant Auto Body in the future because of there great customer service and great work to there vehicles. Ian and Herman (owners) are both great guys and great to work with.

Ian and his team ROCK! I came out to my 1996 Corrolla one day and saw that someone had totally smashed in the driver's side door right in front of my Mission district apartment. I had dropped the collision insurance about 6 months prior (of course) and so i would have to pay for this myself. I called a lot of shops to get the best price telling them i had no insurance. Some were not helpful at all. One did a search for a used door, but it was only going to save me a little bit. Then I went to Bryant Auto Body. Ian, the owner, worked with me for more than 2 weeks to try to find a used door that was the same color as my car. Any shop will tell you that it?s almost impossible to do, but Ian kept trying. In the end, he saved me a lot of money. About half the price of what anyone else wanted. I am totally loyal to this shop! They do fantastic work and they really care about your situation. I am so grateful and HIGHLY recommend these guys.

Bryant Auto Repair has very good customer service! From the second you walk in the door, they will go out of their way to help you 100%. Their workmanship is excellent, and their employees are friendly and outgoing. It was really quick and they were very friendly. They were really trustworthy too. I was pleased with the service I got and how quickly they fixed my car without any hassles or difficulties. Their rates are competitive and they are fully knowledgeable in dealing with insurance companies as well--should you require that assistance.
