I eat here at least once a week. The service is great. They always bring out free Miso soup and Edemame, Osaka Sushi down the street doesn't do that! The fish is always fresh. It never smells. If you like spicy rolls, I suggest the Firecracker roll, the spicy tuna roll and super dynamite roll. The Meguro, Sake and Unagi sashimi are to die for! Last week they made a special roll on the house for my husband and I. It had jalapeno, cream cheese, spicy tuna and was deep fried. OMG...it was so spicy, but it was so so so good! I have taken all of my friends that love sushi here. There is never a wait. It is truly the hidden jewel of the Castro. I have never ever had bad service, even on a busy Friday or Saturday night.

I've eaten here 2-3 times. I visit SF about 3 times a year and usually make a stop. To the user who said it was the best he/she ever tasted: really?? The sushi is fine and all, but it is nowhere near the best, nor even excellent. It's not even the best tasting sushi in the Castro. But, It's pretty good Not too expensive either. The chefs are creative and the servers are a real hoot. I like when the sushi chefs have me hold out my plate as they throw me a chunk of wasabi! It's just a fun friendly place with no pretensions. Try it.

the sushi was good and the saki bombs were fun, so i'd recommend this place if you are going out on the castro.

This is absolutely the best sushi I have ever ate..ever! There are so many different sushi rolls to choose from and to top that off...they are all great! The dragon roll is highly recommended.

The food here is good, the staff is super friendly! The setting is casual, and the prices are great.
